Recall ISDN designed to automatically record all calls made via an ISDN T0/E1 telephone line. Recordings are standard Windows audio files stored on
a Server PC (from 16 to 256 hours of recordings per Gb of storage space depending on recording quality and compression rates)
There is an opportunity to record not all but only few extensions!!!!

 

Management of Call Recordings

  • Recordings are stored in .wav format in the server PC and managed by specifically designed application software
  • Call recordings may be searched for by date and time
  • Call recordings may be searched for by extension, called number and caller’s number
  • Call recordings may be searched for by call type (inbound, outbound) duration
  • Recorded calls may be sent by e-mail
  • Categories may be assigned to stored

Recall Analog is a system designed to automatically record all calls made via Analog lines or Extensions.
Server and management softwares are the same as for Recall ISDN.
